ITT Conference 2023
The ITT Conference is the travel industry’s blue riband event, created for ITT Members and attended by senior figures from across the UK’s travel and tourism industry. Staged in Doha, Qatar, the 2023 Conference will include an ideal blend of conference sessions, social activities and networking opportunities
This year, both Paul Cowley & Sharon Rowarth will be there, representing Caria Holidays, Caria Golf and The MK Group - Radisson Blu, Kas and are looking forward to talk with partners, both old and new,
We will be hosting an event at Doha Golf Club to highlight the advantages of working with Caria Golf as well as showcasing the wonderful product that Doha offers to Golfers.

Tournaments will be held in Manchester, London, Edinburgh, Newcastle and London as well as attendance at Bunkered Live in NEC Birmingham and the Highland Centre in Edinburgh and the British Golf Show at Wycombe Air Park.

Future You Foundation
The Future You Foundation is a travel community initiative; bringing talent, education and industry together to inspire the next generation.
The travel, tourism, hospitality and aviation industries are experiencing a talent crisis. Through crowdfunding, we launched at the ITT Conference in Istanbul, the Future You Foundation, to support the sector.
By launching the Future You Foundation, ITT Future You is set to develop further during the 2022/23 academic year; actively engaging with and creating opportunities for education and industry to work together to encourage future talent through creating aspiration and inspiration. Focusing on DEI and accessible opportunities for multicultural growth, across both leisure and business travel, to reflect the modern future workforce of the sector.
Through this 2022 crowdfunding campaign, ITT Future You aims to unite the sector to address future talent challenges.
The first phase is now complete and the initiative has now moved into the second stage. Many thanks to all those companies and individuals whom pledged their support. This means so much to the next generation of future talent in the tourism sector.
